We spent 10 days in the Majorca guesthouse. The rooms are very clean and comfortably furnished. We were able to relax wonderfully in the beautiful garden with pool. A big thank you to Andrew and Lesley for their warm hospitality and the best "Weinschorle".

Each apartment features private, secure off-street parking and an entrance separate from the main house, with large sliding doors opening onto a sunny patio, sparkling swimming pool and peaceful garden.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Check-In: 14:00–20:00
No Check-In after 20:00 unless prior arrangement is made.

Check-Out: By 11:00

Important: Please inform us of your expected time of arrival in advance to ensure a smooth arrival.

Identification Requirements

Valid South African or International Passport is required.

Copies of ID/Passport will be made and securely stored.

Failure to present valid identification will result in denied check-in.

Payment Options and Terms

EFT payments must be made within 24hrs of making your reservation and must reflect in our bank account prior to check-in. Guests whose payments have not cleared will be required to pay on arrival.

Bookings not secured with a deposit may be automatically cancelled unless otherwise arranged.

Credit Card Payments via Paybridge
The physical credit card used to make the payment must be presented on arrival along with valid identification.
If the card is not available and 3D Secure was not used, the guest will be required to pay by another method before being checked in, and the original card transaction will be reversed.
If payment is being made on behalf of someone else, this must be pre-arranged with Lesley at Majorca House before check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

On day of check-in: Account is payable in full.

Less than 7 days: forfeit 100% of deposit
14 days: forfeit 75% of deposit
15–21 days: forfeit 50% of deposit
21–28 days: forfeit 25% of deposit

No Show: 100% of the entire booking will be charged.

Also note:
Should the departure be premature, the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged for.
Any refunds passed will be at the discretion of management and subject to a 5% Administration/Bank charge levy.
